The CHAR series is a 1-form X large power relay for high-current switching in solar inverters and industrial controls. It features PCB terminals, a 47.7mm × 40.1mm × 51.8mm footprint, and weighs 194g. Coil options include 12VDC, 24VDC, and 48VDC at 3.2W power. It switches up to 220A at 830VAC, with contact ratings of 50A make, 220A carry, and 50A break for the A200 variant. Contacts are silver alloy with 1mΩ max. resistance at DC 20A. Electrical endurance is 30,000 cycles under resistive load; mechanical endurance exceeds 1,000,000 cycles. Operate and release times are 35ms and 30ms max. at nominal voltage. Insulation resistance is 1,000MΩ min. at 1000VDC. Dielectric strength is 4,500VAC between coil and contacts, and 2,500VAC between open contacts. The enclosure is V-0 rated and vented. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +85°C, humidity from 20% to 85% RH. Complies with UL/cUL, TUV, RoHS, and REACH SvHC.
