The CHDR1 series is a 20A DC relay for high-voltage switching, available in PCB or TAB mounting. The PCB variant measures 38mm × 29.8mm × 33.6mm and weighs 65g; the TAB variant is 61.1mm × 29.8mm × 32mm and weighs 67g. It switches up to 600 Vd.c. at 20 A with AnSnO2 contacts and supports coil voltages from 9 to 110 VDC at 2 W. Electrical life is 1000 operations at 600 Vd.c. 20 A and 3000 at 500 Vd.c. 20 A. Mechanical life is 200,000 operations. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to 85°C. Dielectric strength is 2500 Va.c. between contacts and 3500 Va.c. between coil and contacts. Insulation resistance is 1000 MΩ at 1000 Vd.c. Operate and release times are ≤25ms and ≤10ms. Complies with IEC61810, IEC60664, RoHS, and REACH SvHC. Environmental protection rating is RTII.
