Dual-purpose mounting screws are provided to secure lenses and to finetune the position of lenses. These holders are suitable for applications where precise lens alignment is demanded for a fast lens placement. A sliding shaft can be lock in place to secure a lens in a repeatable position. After securely mount a lens in place, it is possible to tune the adjustment with fine threaded on the same screws.
