The Model 37 UltraStable™ is a high-performance, temperature-compensated, piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor in a TO-8 package, designed for gage and differential pressure measurements from 0-15 to 0-250 psi. It provides a 0-100 mV ratiometric output with 1.5 mA supply current, ±0.1% nonlinearity, and ±0.5% temperature error on span and zero over the compensated range of -20°C to +85°C. Sensitivity interchangeability is guaranteed within ±1% via an external gain set resistor. The sensor operates from -40°C to +125°C, has a response time of 1.0 ms, and is rated for 3× full-scale pressure overload. Weight is 3 grams, and it is compatible with non-corrosive dry gases.
