The ALD910030SALI is a dual supercapacitor auto-balancing MOSFET array designed to balance leakage currents in series-connected supercapacitors. It is packaged in an 8-pin SOIC with dimensions of 4.69mm to 5.00mm in length, 3.50mm to 4.05mm in width, and a height of 1.35mm to 1.75mm. Each device features a precision gate threshold voltage of 3.00V at IDS(ON) = 1µA and exhibits exponential output current behavior with input voltage, enabling automatic balancing from less than 0.3nA to 10mA. It operates from -40°C to +85°C, supports a maximum drain-source voltage of 10.6V, and is rated for 80mA continuous current. The part meets RoHS standards and is ESD sensitive. It is suitable for balancing up to two series-connected supercapacitors with near-zero standby power dissipation below 2.8V.
