The ALD810018SCLI is a quad supercapacitor auto-balancing MOSFET array in a 16-pin SOIC package, designed to balance up to four series-connected supercapacitors by controlling leakage currents through voltage-dependent output currents. Each of the four integrated MOSFETs has a precision gate threshold voltage of 1.80V at IDS(ON) = 1µA, with output current ranging from under 0.3nA to over 1000µA depending on input voltage. It operates from -40°C to +85°C, supports a maximum drain-source voltage of 10.6V and a maximum operating current of 80mA, and dissipates up to 500mW. The device features near-zero leakage at voltages 0.3V below rated levels and maintains balanced performance across temperature.
