The SCC-U Utility Unit is suitable for power supply and control of all system components of compact and cost effective extractive gas analyzer systems. The unit has been designed to support the Easy System building block concept (link to systems page) for Plug & Play connectivity for quick and easy start-up and commissioning. The key building block for modular based analyzer systems Power distribution for gas analyzers, gas sampling devices, heated sample probe filter units, heated sample gas lines Temperature controllers for heated sample gas line and heated sample probe filter (optional) Solenoid valves for control of automatic calibration with test gases (optional) Compact design High flexibility Suitable for wide variety of “easy” applications Plug & Play system integration - Easy start-up and commissioning Simple configuration and order handling Data Single-phase power supply output for: ABB Continuous gas analyzers (EL3000 and AO2000) SCC Gas sampling devices SCC-K NO2/NO converter Heated filter unit: PFE2 or PFE3 Heated sample gas line: TBL01-S or CGWB13 Solenoid valves for switching up to three test gases Design 19-inch housing (3 height units) Sample gas inlet conditions: Non-corrosive, non-flammable and nontoxic The Utility Unit has one gas path Degree of protection IP20 - EN 60529
