Coaxial isolator for RF power amplifier protection in military, space, and commercial applications, operating from 1.0 to 2.0 GHz with 17 dB minimum isolation, 1.4 maximum VSWR, and 0.6 dB maximum insertion loss. Available with N female or SMA female connectors, housed in a 64×66×26 mm enclosure with 50 Ω impedance. Rated for 100 W forward power and 30 W reverse power, with an operating temperature range of +10 to +70°C and storage temperature from -55 to +125°C.
It can be dual junction or even three for high isolation.
