ZwickRoell LP roboTest I Robotic Testing System

Description
The robotic testing system roboTest I can be mounted on pendulum impact testers for metals or plastics, and automates temperature conditioning, specimen feeding and Charpy or Izod impact tests. In the Charpy method, metals are tested to ISO 148 or ASTM E23 in a temperature range of -180 to +300 °C (optionally up to +600 °C). The robotic testing system can be used in semi-automatic or fully automatic version with a 450 joule order 750 joule (HIT450P/PSW750) pendulum impact tester. In the Charpy method, plastics are tested to ISO 179 or ASTM D256, or optionally using the Izod method to ISO 180 or ASTM E23 in a temperature range of -80 to +100 °C. The roboTest I for plastics can be used in fully automatic version with a 25 joule or 50 joule (HIT 25/50) pendulum impact tester.
