The UT5-25G-635 is a red laser diode module emitting 25 mW at 635 nm with continuous wave operation and single-mode structure. It features adjustable focus with a minimum spot size below 100 μm at distances under 10 inches and a collimated beam diameter of 5 mm at 1 m. The module operates on 3.3 to 5 V DC, supports 1 MHz TTL modulation, and includes auto power control with ESD and reverse polarity protection. It has a Class IIIB laser classification, <1 mrad divergence, and wavelength drift of 0.2 nm/°C. The device measures 12 mm in diameter by 51 mm in length, includes a 200 mm cable, and requires a heat sink for extended use. Operating temperature ranges from +10°C to +50°C. The case is internally connected to the circuit, and the anodized surface must not be damaged.
UT-Series Laser modules are fully self-contained with integrated laser driver circuit, surface polished glass aspherical lens optics and laser diode.
Unique properties include compact anodized aluminum body, fine adjustable focus, clean beam, low divergence, high boresight accuracy and industrial strength.
Most of the UT series laser modules can be modulated up to 1MHz. Beam shaping optics can be added to the UT series lasers.
