The UH5-10G-635 is a 635 nm red laser diode module with 10 mW optical output power, designed for applications in measurement and alignment. It features an adjustable focus beam with a minimum spot size of less than 100 μm at distances under 10 inches and a collimated spot of 5 mm at 1 meter. The module operates continuously in single-mode with laser class IIIB and requires 3.3 to 5 V DC at less than 70 mA. Mounted in an anodized aluminum housing measuring 12 mm in diameter and 51 mm in length, it includes a 200 mm cable. Operating temperature ranges from +10°C to +50°C, with thermal management requiring a heat sink for extended use. Electrical connections are color-coded red for positive and black for negative.
UH-Series Laser modules are fully self-contained with integrated laser driver circuit, surface polished glass aspherical lens optics and laser diode.
Unique properties include compact anodized aluminum body, fine adjustable focus, clean beam, low divergence, high boresight accuracy and industrial strength.
Our standard lasers come with adjustable focus lenses and preset power. Power variable options are available upon request. TTL modulation and circular beam options can be added to the UH series lasers.
