The K25S is an epoxy molded axial-leaded high voltage diode rated for a working reverse voltage of 2500 V and a forward current of 1.5 A. It has a repetitive surge current capability of 200 A, a reverse recovery time of 3000 ns, and a junction capacitance of 70 pF at 25°C. The device operates from -55°C to +150°C with a thermal junction impedance of 2.0°C/W at 55°C and 4.5°C/W at 100°C. The part is mounted with a lead length of 0.375 inch.
