The X150SG is an axial-lead glass-bodied high voltage diode rated for 15,000 V reverse voltage and 50 mA average rectified current, with a 3000 ns reverse recovery time and 2.0 pF junction capacitance at 25°C. It has a maximum forward voltage drop of 1.0 V at 1 A, a peak surge current of 1 A for 8.3 ms, and a junction impedance of 5 °C/W. Operating and storage temperatures range from -65°C to +175°C and -65°C to +200°C, respectively. The component measures 0.360 inches (9.14 mm) in length.
