Surface mount hermetic high voltage diode for military applications, rated for 3000 V reverse voltage and 3.5 A average rectified current, with a 70 ns reverse recovery time and 6.0 A non-repetitive surge current. Packaged in a case with dimensions of 0.260 ± 0.015 in. (6.60 ± 0.38 mm) by 0.125 in. (3.18 mm), compliant with JANTXV and JANTX qualifications. Operating junction temperature range is -65°C to +175°C, with thermal impedance of 4 °C/W.
