Ashly Audio, Inc. A level control with preset recall The WR-1.5 combines the level control capability of the WR-1 with the preset recall capability of the WR-2. A single potentiometer and four position rotary switch offer independent control of level and preset recall, and can be wired to the same or different hosting devices. Remote level control requires that the WR-1.5 be wired to a compatible device, and that the device is set up for remote level control within Protea NE software. Preset recall allows the choice of up to four presets stored within the host device memory. The four rotary switch positions would typically correspond to the first four numbered presets in the host device. Clear windows are provided for level and preset recall labels. Units ship with "Level" and "1-4" labels installed, and they can easily be replaced with user-defined labels made from an editable document available on the Ashly website. The WR-1.5 is a passive controller and thus requires no power other than the +5VDC provided by the hosting unit for remote level control. The WR-1.5 mounts to a standard US electrical wall box.
