ValueTronics International, Inc. Divider 11636A

Description
The 11636A is a Divider from Agilent. Dividers are ideal for applications such as combining power or transmission line fault testing. Power dividers, also called power splitters, couple electromagnetic power in a transmission line with a port, allowing the engineer to use the electronic or radiofrequency signal in another circuit as desired. Additional Features: Frequency range: DC to 18 GHz Maximum SWR: 1.35 Insertion loss: 6.0 dB typical Maximum amplitude tracking: 0.5 dB Maximum phase tracking: 2 deg typical The excellent impedance match of all three ports improves fault location measurements by reducing re-reflections. The Agilent 11636A power divider/combiner is recommended when making wideband comparison measurements with an Agilent 8757 scalar vector network analyzer. These power dividers provide good match and excellent tracking characteristics from dc to 26.5 GHz. Power dividers are recommended for applications such as transmission line fault testing, as well as power combining. They are not recommended for ratio and leveling applications.
