March Beverage Pumps are an American seal-less centrifugal magnetic drive pump ideal for home brewing. It is capable of generating a maximum flow of 7 GPM @ 4.5, and its maximum head is 18.6 (or around 8 psi). The inlet connection is 1/2 MPT, and the outlet is 1/2 MPT. The standard motor is a 1 Phase 115V 0.04 Hp fan cooled motor, which can be run on either 50 or 60 hertz (there are performance differences between the hertz options). The Beverage pumps have a 6 cord, a plug, and a base. The maximum internal pressure the pump can tolerate is 50 psi, and the maximum liquid temperature is 250F or 121C. Great for chemicals including hot water and hot wort.These pumps have been modified to handle these chemicals. Components are UL certified. Materials meet FDA standards.
