The THC63LVD1027 is a Low Voltage Differential Signaling (LVDS) repeater designed for pixel data transmission between a host and flat panel displays, supporting resolutions up to WUXGA. It features a dual link LVDS receiver and transmitter with a 30 bits per pixel configuration. The device operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and offers various line rate conversion modes, including dual link input/output, single link input/dual link output, and dual link input/single link output. The THC63LVD1027 provides a wide LVDS input skew margin of ±480ps at 75MHz and accurate LVDS output timing of ±250ps at the same frequency. It supports reduced swing LVDS output mode to minimize system electromagnetic interference (EMI) and includes a power-down mode. The device operates on a 3.3V single voltage power supply and requires no external components for phase-locked loops (PLLs). It is packaged in a 64-pin TSSOP with an exposed pad for improved thermal performance. This product is suitable for applications in audio-video devices, office automation, communication devices, consumer electronics, smartphones, and amusement machines, but is not intended for high-reliability applications such as aerospace or medical devices.
