The device includes a built-in reference, conversion clock, and an 8-channel FIFO for efficient data handling. Characterized for operation in a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, the TLV2548MFKB exhibits a differential/integral nonlinearity error of ±1.2 LSB and a signal-to-noise and distortion ratio of 65 dB at a frequency of 12 kHz.
