Texas Instruments THS3201 1.8GHz Current Feedback Amplifier THS3201DGKR

The THS3201DGKR is a high-speed current-feedback amplifier with a unity-gain bandwidth of 1.8 GHz, designed for applications requiring low distortion and high slew rates. It operates over a supply voltage range of ±3.3 V to ±7.5 V, making it suitable for high-performance tasks such as arbitrary waveform generation and driving high-resolution analog-to-digital converters (ADCs). The amplifier features a high slew rate of 6700 V/mS and a low noise figure of 11 dB, with input-referred voltage noise of 1.65 nV/,àöHz. It can drive output currents up to 100 mA, making it effective for buffering both small and large step pulses with excellent linearity.
