The ADS5485IRGCT is a 16-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) capable of sampling at rates up to 200 MSPS. It features a high-impedance analog input buffer that isolates the internal switching from the signal source, ensuring minimal disturbance. The device offers a noise floor of 78 dBFS and a spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) of 95 dBc, making it suitable for applications requiring high precision and low noise. It operates from both 5-V and 3.3-V supplies and provides LVDS-compatible digital outputs.
