The CY74FCT16244T is a 16-bit buffer/driver designed for high-speed and low-power applications, suitable for memory and clock driving, as well as bus interface applications. It features three-state outputs that allow for flexible operation in 4-bit, 8-bit, or combined 16-bit configurations. The device supports partial-power-down mode through its Ioff circuitry, which prevents backflow current when powered down, making it ideal for applications with high-capacitance loads and low-impedance backplanes.
