Panacol Vitralit¬Æ Vi-6128 VT is a one-component, solvent-free UV curing adhesive designed for bonding glass, metals, and various thermoplastics. It features a thermal initiator and a chemical activator, enabling curing in shadowed areas. The adhesive cures rapidly under UV-A light (320 nm - 390 nm) and can compensate for uneven surfaces and bridge gaps effectively. It has a temperature resistance range of -40¬8C to 150¬8C and achieves a hardness of 72-79 Shore D upon curing. The product is free of heavy metals, PFOS, and phthalates, complying with the EU-Directive 2011/65/EU "RoHS II." Proper surface preparation is essential for optimal adhesion, and the adhesive should be applied at room temperature to ensure effective bonding.
Vitralit® Vi-6128 VT is a UV curing adhesive specially designed for glass bonding. 6128 VT is also used for applications with metal, stones and plastics. As well as being cured with UV-light, in shadowed areas it can be additional cured with heat or an activator.
