Gravel Pack Strainers are made with an inner screen of 1/8 inch perforated aluminum and an outer screen of 1/4 inch perforated aluminum. The space between these screens can be filled with pea gravel to provide a very effective filter for fine material in the water, including troublesome algae. For greater capacities these units can be manifolded. Gravel packs can also be ordered with a 2 inch foot valve built in (2" female threads).
