Superior's SP Series differential pressure sensors employ NimbleSense architecture to achieve very high dynamic range and create the industry's highest performing Spirometry pressure sensing devices. These differential pressure sensors utilize Multi-Range technology to offer multiple pressure ranges in a single package with up to 4 system optimized pressure ranges from 250 Pa to 40k Pa. Providing the industry's lowest noise floor, features include selectable bandwidth filter from 25 Hz to 250 Hz and propritary Z-Track technology that virtually eliminates zero drift. Z-Track provides greater accuracy to devices such as spirometers, resulting in more effective diagnosis and better treatment plans. SP Series has very high accuracy of 0.05% of selected range, long-term stability of 0.05% FSS and Total Error Band less than 0.10% FSS. The SP Series optimizes performance, reliability and system cost for the challenging Spirometry market.
