The SiT9367 is a 220.000001 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS oscillator designed for low-jitter applications in telecom, networking, and industrial systems. It supports LVPECL, Low-swing LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL output signaling with 0.1 ps RMS phase jitter and frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm. Operating across a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C, it integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and is available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 x 2.5 mm², 5.0 x 3.2 mm², and 7.0 x 5.0 mm². For HCSL output, the maximum frequency is 500 MHz.
