The SiT9366 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS oscillator designed for low-jitter applications in telecom, networking, and industrial systems. It supports LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL, and low-swing LVPECL output signaling, with a phase jitter of 0.1 ps RMS and frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm. Operating over temperature ranges up to -40°C to 105°C, the device integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise. Available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm², 5.0 x 3.2 mm², and 3.2 x 2.5 mm², it is factory-programmable for frequency, voltage, and output type, eliminating the need for custom quartz oscillators.
