The SiT9365 is a differential MEMS XO designed for low-jitter applications, supporting standard frequencies from 25 MHz to 325 MHz with LVPECL, Low-swing LVPECL, LVDS, or HCSL outputs. It offers frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm and operates across temperature ranges up to -40°C to 105°C. The device integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and is available in industry-standard package sizes of 3.2 x 2.5 mm², 5.0 x 3.2 mm², or 7.0 x 5.0 mm².
