The SiT9365 is a differential MEMS oscillator offering standard frequencies from 25 MHz to 325 MHz with ultra-low jitter of 0.1 ps RMS, designed for telecom, networking, and storage applications. It supports LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL, and low-swing LVPECL output signaling with voltage options of 2.5 V, 2.8 V, or 3.3 V. The device operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C and provides frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm.
