The SiT9365 is a differential MEMS oscillator supporting standard frequencies from 25 MHz to 325 MHz, designed for low-jitter applications in networking, telecom, and industrial systems. It offers LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL, and low-swing LVPECL output signals, with phase jitter as low as 0.1 ps RMS and frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm. Available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 x 2.5 mm², 5.0 x 3.2 mm², and 7.0 x 5.0 mm², it operates across temperature ranges from -40°C to 105°C. The device integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and omits the need for an external LDO.
