The SiT9365 is a differential MEMS oscillator supporting standard frequencies from 25 MHz to 325 MHz, designed for low-jitter applications in networking, telecom, and industrial systems. It offers LVDS output signaling, operates with a 2.8 V ±10% supply, and maintains ±25 ppm frequency stability. The device functions over an extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to 105°C and is available in a 5.0 x 3.2 mm2 package with center pad.
