The SiT9356 is a ruggedized ultra-low jitter differential XO engineered for military and aerospace applications, operating from 1 MHz to 220 MHz with ±20, ±30, or ±50 ppm frequency stability and a wide temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. It offers LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL, low-power HCSL, and FlexSwing output signaling options, with typical phase jitter of 150 fs RMS (12 kHz to 20 MHz) and 0.04 or 0.1 ppb/g acceleration sensitivity. The device integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and supports supply voltages of 1.8 V, 2.5 V, and 3.3 V in package sizes of 2.0 x 1.6 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. It is AEC-Q100 qualified.
