The SiT9346 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS oscillator designed for low-jitter, high-reliability applications in aerospace, industrial, and defense environments. It is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm², 5.0 x 3.2 mm², or 3.2 x 2.5 mm². This device features LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL, or low-swing LVPECL output signaling, frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm, and operation over a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. It achieves 0.1 ps RMS phase jitter and has 0.1 ppb/g acceleration sensitivity, with integrated power supply noise filtering eliminating the need for an external LDO.
