The SiT9121 is a high-performance differential oscillator supporting frequencies from 1 MHz to 220 MHz with LVPECL or LVDS outputs and 0.6 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It offers frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm and operates across industrial (-40 to +85 °C) and extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges. Available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm, it operates from 2.25 V to 3.63 V and complies with MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 standards. The part meets or exceeds reliability requirements for mechanical shock, vibration, temperature cycling, and moisture sensitivity.
