The SiT9121 is a high-performance differential oscillator supporting frequencies from 1 MHz to 220 MHz with LVPECL or LVDS outputs, offering ±10 ppm frequency stability, 0.6 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, and operating temperatures from -40°C to +85°C. It is available in industry-standard 3.2 × 2.5 mm, 5.0 × 3.2 mm, and 7.0 × 5.0 mm packages, with supply voltages of 2.25 V to 3.63 V. The device meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 @ 260°C environmental standards.
