The SiT9121 is a high-performance differential oscillator supporting frequencies from 1 MHz to 220 MHz with LVPECL or LVDS output signaling, offering phase jitter as low as 0.6 ps RMS over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability of ±10 ppm. It operates across industrial (-40 °C to +85 °C) and extended commercial (-20 °C to +70 °C) temperature ranges and is available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 × 2.5 mm, 5.0 × 3.2 mm, and 7.0 × 5.0 mm. The device conforms to MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 standards for mechanical shock, vibration, temperature cycling, solderability, and moisture sensitivity. Supply voltage ranges from 2.25 V to 3.63 V.
