The SiT9121 is a high-performance differential oscillator generating frequencies from 1 MHz to 220 MHz with ±10 ppm frequency stability and 0.6 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It supports LVPECL and LVDS output signaling and is available in industry-standard packages measuring 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm. Operating temperature ranges include industrial (-40°C to +85°C) and extended commercial (-20°C to +70°C). The device operates from a supply voltage of 2.25 V to 3.63 V and meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 environmental standards.
