The SiT9120 is a standard frequency differential oscillator supporting LVPECL and LVDS outputs with frequencies from 25 MHz to 212.5 MHz, offering phase jitter as low as 0.6 ps RMS over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability of ±10 ppm to ±50 ppm. It operates across industrial (-40 to +85 °C) and extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges, with supply voltages of 2.25 to 3.63 V. The device is available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 @ 260°C environmental standards.
