It is available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm, operates from 2.25 to 3.63 V, and exhibits 0.6 ps RMS phase jitter over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. The device meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 moisture sensitivity standards.
