The SiT9120 is a standard frequency differential oscillator supporting LVPECL and LVDS outputs with frequencies from 25 MHz to 212.5 MHz, offering ±10 ppm frequency stability and 0.6 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It operates across industrial (-40°C to +85°C) and extended commercial (-20°C to +70°C) temperature ranges and uses industry-standard 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm surface-mount packages.
