The SiT9120 is a standard frequency differential oscillator offering LVPECL and LVDS outputs with frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm and RMS phase jitter of 0.6 ps over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It operates from 25 MHz to 212.5 MHz with supply voltages of 2.25-3.63 V, and is available in 3.2 × 2.5, 5.0 × 3.2, and 7.0 × 5.0 mm industry-standard packages. The device supports industrial (-40 to +85 °C) and extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges, and meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 moisture sensitivity standards.
