The SiT9120 is a standard frequency differential oscillator supporting LVPECL and LVDS outputs with frequencies from 25 MHz to 212.5 MHz. It offers frequency stability options of ±10 ppm, ±20 ppm, ±25 ppm, or ±50 ppm, and operates across industrial (-40°C to +85°C) and extended commercial (-20°C to +70°C) temperature ranges. The device is available in industry-standard packages measuring 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm. RMS phase jitter is specified at 0.6 ps to 0.85 ps over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth.
