The SiT9120 is a standard frequency differential oscillator supporting LVPECL and LVDS output signaling with frequencies from 25 MHz to 212.5 MHz. It features ±10 ppm frequency stability, 0.6 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, and operates across industrial (-40 to +85°C) and extended commercial (-20 to +70°C) temperature ranges. Available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm, it is qualified to MIL-STD-883F for mechanical shock and vibration, JESD22 for temperature cycling, and meets MSL1 moisture sensitivity at 260°C. Supply voltage ranges from 2.25 to 3.63 V, with a start-up time of up to 10 ms.
