The SiT9025 is an AEC-Q100 qualified, programmable oscillator providing frequencies from 1 to 150 MHz with spread spectrum EMI reduction. It features LVCMOS output, supports center and down spread options with step sizes down to ±0.125%, and offers selectable spread profiles including triangular, Hershey-kiss, and random. The device operates over an extended temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, with frequency stability as tight as ±25 ppm, and consumes 6.6 mA typical at 1.8 V. It is available in industry-standard QFN packages measuring 2.0 x 1.6 mm², 2.5 x 2.0 mm², or 3.2 x 2.5 mm², and is RoHS, REACH, Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free compliant.
