The SiT9025 is an AEC-Q100 qualified, 1 to 150 MHz LVCMOS oscillator with spread spectrum EMI reduction, designed for automotive applications. It is available in industry-standard QFN packages measuring 2.0 x 1.6 mm², 2.5 x 2.0 mm², or 3.2 x 2.5 mm², and operates over an extended temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. The device supports programmable spread spectrum modulation with center spread from ±0.125% to ±2% or down spread from -0.25% to -4%, in 0.125% or 0.25% steps, and offers triangular, Hershey-kiss, or random modulation profiles. Frequency stability is as low as ±25 ppm, with a typical current consumption of 6.6 mA at 1.8 V. Pin 1 supports standby, output enable, or spread disable functions, and the oscillator is RoHS and REACH compliant with Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free construction.
