SiT9025 is an AEC-Q100 qualified, 1 to 150 MHz LVCMOS oscillator with EMI reduction features including programmable spread spectrum and adjustable rise/fall times. It supports operating temperatures from -55°C to 125°C and is available in industry-standard QFN packages of 2.0 x 1.6 mm², 2.5 x 2.0 mm², or 3.2 x 2.5 mm². The device operates from 1.62 V to 3.63 V with typical current consumption of 6.6 mA at 1.8 V and 7.9 mA at 2.5-3.3 V. Frequency stability is ±25 ppm, with a ±20 ppm option available. Pin 1 supports standby, output enable, or spread disable modes. The part is RoHS and REACH compliant, with no lead, halogen, or antimony content.
