The SiT9025 is an AEC-Q100 qualified, 1 to 150 MHz LVCMOS oscillator designed for EMI reduction in automotive applications. It supports center spread from ±0.125% to ±2% and down spread from -0.25% to -4% in 0.125% or 0.25% steps, with triangular, Hershey-kiss, or random modulation profiles. Rise and fall times are programmable across eight options from 0.25 to 40 ns. The device operates over an extended temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, with frequency stability of ±25 ppm inclusive of aging and temperature variation. It draws 6.6 mA typical at 1.8 V and 7.9 mA typical at 2.5 V to 3.3 V under no-load conditions. The oscillator is available in industry-standard QFN packages measuring 2.0 × 1.6 mm², 2.5 × 2.0 mm², or 3.2 × 2.5 mm². Pin 1 supports standby, output enable, or spread disable functions. The part is RoHS and REACH compliant, Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free.
