The SiT9005 is a 1 to 141 MHz LVCMOS oscillator with spread spectrum EMI reduction, available in industry-standard QFN packages of 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, or 3.2 x 2.5 mm². It offers frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, supports programmable rise/fall times from 0.25 to 40 ns, and consumes 4.0 mA typical at 1.8 V. Pin 1 supports standby, output enable, or spread disable functions, with a 5 ms startup time and low standby current. The device complies with RoHS, REACH, and MIL-STD-883F standards and is Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free.
