The SiT9005 is a 1 to 141 MHz LVCMOS oscillator with spread spectrum EMI reduction, available in QFN packages of 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, or 3.2 x 2.5 mm². It supports center spread from ±0.125% to ±2% in 0.125% steps and down spread to -4%, with triangular or Hershey-kiss modulation profiles. Frequency stability is ±20 ppm over -40°C to 85°C, with a 5 ms startup time and low power consumption of 4.0 mA typical at 1.8 V. It offers programmable rise/fall times from 0.25 to 40 ns, pin1 functions for standby/output enable/spread disable, and is RoHS and REACH compliant. The part is a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz XOs.
