The SiT9005 is a 1 to 141 MHz LVCMOS oscillator with spread spectrum for EMI reduction, available in industry-standard QFN packages of 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, or 3.2 x 2.5 mm². It supports center spread from ±0.125% to ±2% and down spread from -0.25% to -4% in 0.125% or 0.25% step sizes, with triangular or Hershey-kiss modulation profiles. The device operates from -40°C to 85°C, offers frequency stability as tight as ±20 ppm, and consumes 4.0 mA typical at 1.8 V. It features programmable rise/fall times from 0.25 to 40 ns, fast 5 ms startup, and pin1 functionality for standby, output enable, or spread disable. RoHS and REACH compliant, it is a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz XOs.
